Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder (I use Dr. Axe brand.)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use a plant based protein powder.)
  • 1/4 tsp or more of pumpkin spice powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk

Directions:

  1. In a high power blender, combine all ingredients together. Blend on high until the texture reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Play with the recipe and add more pumpkin or pumpkin spice to your liking. Enjoy!
