Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/2 frozen ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder (I use Dr. Axe brand.)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use a plant based protein powder.)
- 1/4 tsp or more of pumpkin spice powder
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Directions:
- In a high power blender, combine all ingredients together. Blend on high until the texture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Play with the recipe and add more pumpkin or pumpkin spice to your liking. Enjoy!
