Weight Loss Program

I still hear all too often that with weight loss you just need to exercise more and eat less. That method to weight loss can work for the short term but eventually your body will plateau- you can only work out so much and eat so little! This is a recipe for disaster for hormones and metabolic efficiency.

Each client’s situation is different, and I tailor the the weight loss program to fit each client’s individual needs. Every client receives a weight loss nutrition plan along with other nutrition tips, a food log template that can be printed, healthy recipes, email support within office hours, and a workout template. We also utilize a Body Composition Analysis scan to keep track of progress.

The BCA scans show BMI, fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration status, and metabolic age. This information helps with accountability, but also to make sure we are losing weight in the right areas as well.

I also provide detox and supplement recommendations. The right supplements can play a big role in providing the body what it needs in order to lose the unwanted, extra weight. With access to functional medicine labs, these labs can be added on to fine tune any weight loss program. I understand that each client is different, which is why each program can look different! I create the program based off the fundamentals on HOW to rebalance the body.
